What we collect

When you use a form on this site or call the number listed, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email if you provide one, your city or ZIP code, and whatever you tell us about your situation. Our web host also records standard server log information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

What we do with it

We pass your name, contact details, location and description of the problem to one or more independent mold contractors serving McLennan County, so they can contact you about the work. That is the purpose of this site. We may also use your contact details to follow up on your request.

What we don't do with it

We don't sell your information to unrelated marketers, data brokers or list buyers. We don't add you to newsletters you didn't ask for.

The contractor's own policies

Once a contractor receives your details, their handling of your information is governed by their own practices, not ours. They are independent businesses. If you want to know how a particular contractor treats your data, ask them directly.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. If analytics are added in future, this page will be updated to say so.

Calls and texts

By providing a phone number you consent to being contacted at that number about your request, including by text. Standard message rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the details you sent by emailing info@mclennancountymold.com. Note that we can't retract information already passed to a contractor — you'd need to ask them directly.

Children

This site isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
